Order confirmations and tracking details are always emailed to you. Please check your junk mail if you cannot locate them. We use Australia Post and occasionally Sendle.
Please do not use the local pick-up code if you are in quarantine, self-isolation, have traveled in the last 14 days or have been in contact with anyone displaying cold and flu symptoms. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready with pick up details.
We take great care to ensure parcels arrive with you safely. Please ensure you are home to receive your parcel or that you have a safe spot on your property where parcels can be left by the delivery driver. If you receive an 'attempted to deliver' card please follow the instructions and liaise with the courier directly to have your parcel either redelivered or left in a safe place. We take no responsibility for parcels being sent back to us or held in depots if reasonable steps have not been taken by the receiver to liaise with the courier company.
If you are ordering from outside of Australia, you order will be sent with Sendle or Australia Post and all tracking details emailed. We use standard tracked international shipping. Postage times can vary from 1.5 weeks to 6 weeks dependent on location and customs delays. Please order early for special occasions. Please also ensure you have first checked your country’s regulations with regards to the importing of wooden products. All timber we use is clean, dry and sealed. We take no responsibility for international customs delays, seizures or import taxes. They are entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
