If you are in Adelaide SA you are welcome to pick your order up from Mile End. Please enter code LOCALPICKUP at checkout to remove shipping charge. Please contact us via email email@example.com or message to organise a suitable pick up time. Due to Covid and having a compromised child our pick-ups are contactless.
CAN YOU HOLD ORDERS TO COMBINE POST?
Absolutely, please email to organise at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once all orders are paid for we will calculate post cost and refund you the difference.
WHAT AGES ARE YOUR TOYS RECOMMENDED FOR?
Our pieces rarely contain loose parts or parts smaller than 3cm but if they do we will state so. We recommend 3+ and/or close adult supervision. We do not recommend them being used as teething or chew toys at any stage.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for dispatch. We make all of our own products. If you need your order urgently, for a birthday or special occasion, please choose express post and contact us email@example.com so we can bump your order up.
LOST IN THE POST?
Have you checked your tracking details? We send tracking information out for every order. If your order is taking far longer than expected and you’ve checked your tracking details and contacted the carrier (Sendle or Australia Post), please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can follow up for you. Please note that deliveries to WA, NT and Tas and regional areas take an extra week. Due to Covid and labour shortages we appreciate everyone understanding that postage is delayed currently and that this is beyond our control.
DO YOU POST INTERNATIONALLY?
International postage is set up for some zones but can take 6 weeks or more at the moment. Don't want to wait? Get in touch and we'll find a stockist near you.
