Healthy No Added Sugar Waffle Recipe

Trust me on this, once your TOY eco waffle making kits arrive, you’ll be receiving daily requests for REAL waffles as well. This one has kept my small waffle enthusiasts happy for a couple of weeks. Plus bonus, no added sugar in the morning.
BANANA OAT WAFFLES
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 medium bananas mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 Tbsp cacao or cocoa for choc banana waffles 🍫🍌🧇
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until mostly smooth. For best results leave mix in the fridge overnight before cooking.
Spoon small amounts into your waffle maker and cook for approx 3 minutes.
Spread with butter & serve with fruit 🍓
